Omaze and Charities Aid Foundation America work together. CAF has received $2 million in loans and nearly an additional $1 million in grants from the federal government. It's unclear what happens to this money, but they their company profile indicates they generate more than $6 million in "sales" annually. The foundations gross receipts are listed at $428,127,530.
They are listed as a 501(c)(3) public charity and their Federal Tax ID # 43-1634280. The company was founded by Ted Hart, author of seven self-published books with poor sales. He promotes these books and a non-profit coaching course through a website built on a cheap Wix platform.
In 2018, the Treasury Department changed regulations making it no longer necessary for 501(c) organizations to disclose the identities of their donors on their annual information returns to the IRS. It opens the door for open the door wide for secret, unaccountable money from anyone to be illegally laundered into federal elections.
I submitted several entries to Omaze, but please be aware to read the fine print. You are required to respond to their email inquiry WITHIN 24 HOURS. If you meet that first deadline, there are more to follow. You must accurately complete more paperwork within a timely manner. That includes other documents necessary verify your eligibility. I'm not going to list them all here, but please be aware that winners can be disqualified for a variety of reasons including; having been convicted of a misdemeanor or acting in an obnoxious manner prior to the prize award.
In other words, if you win, you're going to have to work for your prize and disqualification is at the discretion of Omaze. Read the Official Rules and best of luck.

Should be zero and not 1. Can't find any ticket number on the email received from Omaze in May. They insisted at first that it should be attached. Absolutely not. Now they claim that it is on the account that one opened via the Omaze website. I did all of that, but guess what, can't now access my so-called account. Why not just announce the winner and give the money to the worthy charity and get press coverage, even if just to prove that you are indeed legitimate and not a scam. Also, when you forward a query to Omaze, you get a stock reply with a reference to 'often asked questions'. Over to you Omaze, prove you're not a scam.

Omaze Legit verified by many 3rd-parties

Legit, not lawless Euro/India/Africa scammers bad mouthing U.S. only free country, free of Communism, free college education to KNOW ALL EVERYTHING with actual laws preventing even bad mouthing ("slander") Because U.S. has unconnected multiple 3rd-parties; so impossible. Got it, or are you emotionally family pathology compromised with false ego and church sheeple enslaved by church wolves from crusades?

Scam

Scam! Save your money and buy something for your nephews, relatives. This company is a fake, they always announce the winners later they supposed to do. If you want to find some information about winners , your chance is 0, winners don’t exist in the internet. If you find some *winners*, don’t trust them. They pay some actors, who have a fake accounts in social media.

For everyone on here that has paid…

For everyone on here that has paid money, you should really read things before spending your hard earned cash! Omaze is a sweepstakes not a lottery and thus a donation is not needed to enter... it is written in their T&Cs "No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase, payment, or donation will not increase the chances of winning. Omaze, Inc"
However, the way it is marketed and all the ads on social media platforms are all about buying number of draws etc... what a bunch of scammers!
If it was to help the charity please donate to them directly, and keep the percentage that Omaze takes on commission for yourself and more deserving people/ causes than a US based profiteer

Avoid

Paid for the best value on buying tickets to then immediately get offered a better deal, assume this would just keep going on therefore reducing the actual value of the ticket. Not much transparency, massively regretting buying the tickets after seeing all the “problems” with the competition house and it being a. Unsellable and b. Prone to flooding

mislead, gratuities to BHF are a drop in the ocean stay well clear.
